Incredible! I tried private deals and that sucked. So how do you pick a realtor when selling a house? You just came to the right place. ReMax Cold Lake do their work. My schedule is busy but Kelly and his team operate around it. Weekends, after hours, doesn't matter, they're always moving.

I haven't bought/sold a lot of houses but their efficiency and ethic is obvious in every comparison. Great communication and market knowledge sets the bar presenting value for buyers and sellers alike. That's important and stands out from start to finish.

What's more to say? Buying or selling a home is work and this group gets it done. Thank you Kelly, to you and your team.

Very bad property management, rented my place and pocketing the rental income. When I found out and fired Remax cold lake the boss Kelly kept my reserved funds plus the last tenant rent

I am highly emphasized to the public to be careful about Kelly and his team remax they are thief and desperately for money. Do not trust remax cold lake.

Honestly Remax brokerages have set the bar for us. Moved from Ontario. We were having problems selling with our first agent so we brought on an agent from Remax to help. David Lee was amazing and got everything done. Bought sight unseen with Kelly Baker. Top service. We had some problems with Royal Lepage agent and seller, Kelly got things done and answered my phone calls and texts asap. Definitely doesn’t wait and keeps you updated. The icing on the cake is coming in, late night, 10 days travelling - beautiful Flowers in the sink, my favourite chocolates by coincidence, gift card and some other things. The gesture meant the world considering when we bought our first home the agent basically took the money and ran. Customer service means the world to people regardless of buying or selling. You’ll get agents who show this is their profession and how they would like to be treated as the client. Good job Remax.

We just bought our first home and we couldnt of done it without our fantasitc realtor Kelly Baker. We highly recommend him whether your renting or looking to purchase.

We moved here nearly 6 months ago and someone had recommend Kelly as a realtor. We weren't sure whether to buy or rent. We finally decided to rent and he found us a wonderful home in the north to rent (as he also manages rental units in the area) until we had a better lay of the land and were prepared to purchase. Over the last month and a half Kelly has answer all our many questions, met our busy schedule, kept in touch throughout the process and showed us a wide variety of places until we found the prefect one. He was absolutely wonderful. Whether your relocating with the military or just new to the area I would highly recommend going to talk to Kelly Baker and the Platinum Realty team.

Kelly baker was late and did not have the keys and didn't informed the current tenant that we were going to view.

When calling in to get something fixed. Tub was plugged. They stated 2 times that if it were my problem I will pay for the plumber.
3. Toilet was cracked and they never came to fix it. Seen Facebook posts from tenets before me complaining about it.

They knew I was moving out and called to ask if I wanted to renew my lease. I said no and i will be moving. They kept my DD because I didn't give them written notice.

Building manager is rude. Someone complained about my son making noise and he told me he had ro drive all the way from peirceland to come tell me.
7. Very old building it is cracked all over and is cold in winters. Felt breezes in apartment all winter

Talked to people who lived there before. ALL OF THEM NEVER GOT THERE DAMAGE DEPOSIT BACK.

I thought Remax would be a professional company to rent from, unfortunately i did not have that great of an experience. I told them that i was looking for November 1st, i was communicating with them late sept through October i have filled out a couple applications my references are great no criminal record, yet i barley got calls or updates after i viewed some of these lovely homes and i could of actually ended up homeless with my children if i didn't have such a awesome current landlord. It was really upsetting and felt like they wasted my time when I could've applied for more elsewhere not much for rentals around then. But some notice with the application process should have been communicated with better on their part because eventually late oct Danielle never got back to me and never did and i tried asking a few times what was going on. Bad experience anyways don’t recommend.

RENTERS BEWARE!!!
Cold Lake Remax is the most incompetent company ive ever dealt with! They illegaly changed my lease, without my knowledge or the knowledge of the owners. My 1 year lease turned into a 11 month lease, awesome how they think they can play god! They never did send me a copy of my lease agreement last year, and blaming me for signing something that has NO dates on it! They then harrassed me and threatened me with a eviction notice! Not once did anybody confess to f_cking up my lease, or appolagize for their mistake! They think they are above the people they rent to and will never confess to any mistakes that they have made! It will always be your fault!
