I've consistently had great experiences with this company. The customer service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and approachable. However, over the past couple of weeks, I've tried reaching out via phone and email without any response. This has been a bit frustrating, but I hope it's just a temporary issue. Overall, their service is usually top-notch.!!

Hands-down, some of the best insurance experts out there! They are knowledgeable, very helpful and willing to go above and beyond all with a gleaming smile I could see through the phone, and kindness in her voice . I called yesterday talked with Bev with

We moved to Edson in 2014 and bought our first house not long after. Through a series of events involving difficulty communicating with our insurers at the time, we began moving everything over to Lyta Neil Agencies. No more wait times on the phone, or getting transferred departments. I know my insurer now, and she knows me. I know I am getting the best rates, and have actually been contacted by my rep when she found a change that would save me money. When I called to set up my business insurance they knew exactly what I needed in about 5 minutes. And done.

When we moved to Hinton in 2019 it was a no brainer to just sent them an email with our address change. Thanks for looking after us over the last few years. It sure is nice to actually have a rep, instead of paying premiums to be my own.
