Amanda Birch has been my accountant for 2 years now for very important reasons. The first is that she is organized. The "user experience" is very smooth because she collects and processes your information in a "behind the scenes" methodical way that doesn't interfere with providing you with a personal touch.

Secondly, I have received very good advice that is customized for my situation and has proven to be very helpful. I would recommend her for business or personal accounting anytime!

While the online service is very easy to use and the staff are all verh friendly and polite. I submitted all of my documentation to have my taxes reviewed for personal and a rental. They returned my assessment 7 days later which was very quick!

However, a significant error was made which drastically changed my result, from what should have been a refund to a significant tax owing. I combed through the assessment and observed the error and reported this to the office. They quickly corrected this and returned an accurate assessment. All in all, they are good to work with, however the fee that they charge, coupled with such a significant error seems unreasonable. I had assessed the taxes myself and simply wanted a professional opinion. Yet had I trusted the professional opinion I would have been out a significant amount.

They did, however apologize and correct the mistake rather quickly.
