My computer which we both agree is about 15 years old finally gave up and only worked in the most basic form. Although it has 2 hard drives it was only able to access one of them. Chris opened the computer up and retrieved the hard drives then once he put the solid state one into a case that I had, he checked the viability of the drive and told me that one part of it was full of errors but the rest of it should still be readable. I purchased a case for the older disk type hard drive and he tested it and said that I should be able to retrieve the information from it as well. He also offered to recycle the old computer. So for the price of a case, I got some expert advice and service that allowed me to recover almost all the pictures, etc from the old hard drives. Thanks to StarLynx I still have all my data.

They said that I would get 15mb down but I can't even get half that. Most times I can't even watch YouTube I've been asking them to fix it for A few months now they said I live too far away. For $50 a month I thought I would get better customer service.
