Action Tax offers bad service. They hold on my documents for 4.5 months and they were not done my Year-End for T2. Also, they blame on me without their consent I signed the agreement about I added asking they provide me “Financial reports” . When I dropped my documents off at Action Tax the first day, I requested them, preparing my Year-End before you filing T2, I need financial reports to review and sign it then you can file it.what should I do for you? They never answer my questions. I think that is it. After 4.5 months, I found out that I have assist them for everything to help them to do my T2. It’s never happened before with another accounting firm, but Action Tax never told me about their conditions to do my year-end and T2.After 2.5 months I told them stop to do my year-ends for T2, and they were in rushing to prepare my year-end and never stop to ask me to assist them. I felt so tried. I went their office on July 15,2024 to ask them to return my documents and I would pay them and they have to delete my all of my documents from their computer. I spent 4 hours at their office, but the owner disagreed about deleting my documents end of the day. OMG! Also, I dropped off hard copy of my documents at their office, but they were not recognized it(I didn’t give them ). I have not ideal with them.They are working not efficiency and they never do what they say to me. They treated me unfairly and disrespected. They are stressing me out.

I do not recommend Action Tax for your yearly tax return. I've been going through the process of filing my return with them this year (2015) and while i call just about every other day, never get a call returned. The person taking care of my file, has given me no insight on my return and seem very uninterested in helping me with any issues I've had in regards to the filing of my taxes.

Made errors on my filing and filed without my signature. When I pointed out their error they fixed it and said I would receive the rest of my refund shortly after my first.... Still waiting and starting to wonder if they even filed the amendment.

Don't waste your time going here. They didn't add my wife to my claim and they also did the same to my Son Sonny. I could have got more of a return but I didn't.
