We rented through them for 3 years. Erin and Len were great to deal with. They addressed any maintenance issues that came up quickly and efficiently. When it came time to leave, they were very accommodating and made the process smooth. I would rent through them again!

As previous reviews state, had a hard time getting our damage deposit back and it was docked for ridiculous cleaning, such as “dusty baseboards.”Property managers were very selective with who had to follow certain rules. We were told to take our dog out back when everyone else was fine to take their dog on the front lawn. It Took over 60 days to get a damage deposit back after sending multiple emails and calling regularly. They also docked us on cleaning fees even though we spent the entire day cleaning. Managers were slow to respond to repair requests and the building always had rolling water and power outages. The building ran off a generator for almost our entire rental which caused issues with underground parking door. Wouldn’t recommend as a landlord

Never rent through this guy, they will cheat to you by not return your security deposit. I lost my 1800 $ and have to fight in court. Also very lower lever mentality , don't like to provide any maintenance service, just want rent every month to feed them. I don't like to give even any single star, I will give minus 100 star.

I rent a basement suite from Alberta Property Management in Timberlea. I went to bed and woke up to a very small leak coming from the roof. I texted our landlord to let them know first thing when APMSI opened that day, expecting expecting have an appointment in 2 or 3 days. Imagine my surprise when I heard back within half an hour the repairman was enroute. Where in Fort McMurray can you get a landlord that responsive. Great team!

I wanted to move out early from my lease and they said no i cant. So i found a new tenant. They came in and inspected the house for final inspection, They took over $700 of my damage deposit to fix things that was broken before i moved in. I wonder how many times they do this to make a profit for there self. These people are very unprofessional.

WORST COMPANY DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!! THE TENANTS COSTED US OVER $10,000 WORTH OF DAMAGES AFTER TRASHING THE PLACE AND ALL THIS COMPANY WOULD GIVE US IS $2000 DAMAGE DEPOSIT. THEY ALSO LIE ABOUT THE COST OF THE SERVICES THAT NEED TO BE FIXED AND TRY TO MAKE MONEY ON YOU. THEY SWEAR AT YOU AND FIGHT YOU. WORST COMPANY IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. STAY AWAY!!!

As a landlord APM did initially find good tenants, but once they left communication was painful and after 4 months we still didn't get meter readings. Have now left APM.

This company made up a list of false damages in order to keep my damage deposit. Had to take them to a RTDRS hearing. They were ordered to pay me it back. Still won't pay me. Ongoing
