I really want to like this place. I love the selection of crystals. However, the customer service is really terrible. I've had interactions with several different employees---only one seemed nice. The others couldn't even manage a greeting or basic kindness. When they do talk to you it's just "can I help you?" in the most judgemental tone ever--no hello or anything. It's like they want me out of their store as fast as possible. I'm always polite when I visit, but it just isn't returned. These people clearly do not want my business nor my money, so I'll go elsewhere.

Jackie and the other staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable.Suggested the best supplements for anxiety and stress along for other conditions. The Truehope EMP , Inositol ( vit B8) and Nascent Iodine has made a tremendous positive change . Thank you 🙂

This was a favourite store of mine.

Although, the staff asked if I needed any assistance she followed me around the store. Conveniently being where I was. I have been to this store many times and never felt like I was being watched. I know how to use my words if I need assistance. This is my first experience and it’s upsetting.

I bought what I needed. Needless to say I was there for about five minutes and spent $80.

Do better Lifeforce.

This used to be my favorite store but recently their behavior and attitudes have been incredibly off-putting. A retail businesses focus should be on customer satisfaction, and it is not. I have supported them for years even though their prices are higher than average. Sadly, I do not feel the respect and appreciation is mutual so I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Friendliest staff in town! Great knowledge about the products. Beautiful giftware that exceeds expectations. Truly a must see. Fort McMurray is blessed to have such a treasure! Do yourself a favour and check them out! Great job ladies!! I will be back!

The store is lovely, lots of variety. But the young staff seemed abrupt, no conversation at the counter, just get the transaction done and over with so they can carry on what ever conversation they where having in the back. The one lady who asked if I needed help looked me up and down to obviously assess my shoplifting threat level.... really unpleasant experience

I love this store.!!! Just walking in makes my happy. The aroma is amazing! Huge selection of giftware that changes all the time. I have suffered from migraines for years and I finally found a solution, thanks to Lifeforce. I have always found the staff to be kind and knowledgeable . I used to shop at Nutters and find Lifeforce have competitive prices.
