Wouldn’t recommend to anyone i know
Didnt properly fix the hole under my bathroom sink, just plopped a piece of drywall up, it kept falling over, didnt fix the door to the apartment building for months, charged me for DAILY wear and tear on the apartment i was in (baseboards) would have to wait a very long time for anyone to fix anything in my place. Notified them well over 3 months in advance of a hole that ended up in the wall due to a medical issue causing me to faint, they refused to come fix it till after i moved out then charged me over 600 for the wall repair which had a small hole and only needed a bit of paint.

If you rent expect to have them come in every 6 months to check and make sure your place is not trashed even if your rent is paid never late. Also our fence is trash. This place us a joke.

completely disappointed From this property management as they do Racism and they gave us irrelevant excuse for not approving property the excuse was that you are indian and the smell of Indian currey will remain in the walls of the house tht even not go after paint, But when we visit to view the property there was a smell of seafood but we didn’t said anything to them. still we were agree to buy that rental property.in overall conclusion it shows that they are doing racism with us.Ever Never go with this management again.

Very bad service. First they waste our two weeks to approve the rental house and at the end they said we will not gave the house rental to Indians because of Indian food. They are doing discrimination with the Indian. Do not visiting them

I have been renting these past 6 months with Quality Property Management and I must say they have been great to deal with.
Whenever I had a problem there has been just a few the repairs and service calls were down quickly and promptly thus speaks volumes in my book.
As a business owner here in GP I have no reservations recommending their services especially as a tenant renting a townhouse
