On a whim, decided to redo our kitchen, walked into Columbia Carpentry in Okotoks. One week later downpayment was given few weeks later (early than promised) the cabinets arrived. Next day the amazing installer spent two days install the cabinetry. Counter top guy came and measured and next week the counters came, the following week the back splash. These young men and women have done a outstanding job. The pride that they take in their product and the end result is just amazing. The only sad part is the job is going to last the next 25 years.

Took in a single cabinet drawer for fixing as the back of the drawer fell apart. Receptionist was very friendly & helpful explaining the repair could not be looked at until 3:30 which was fine. She said they would call when it was fixed. The next day they phoned around noon and said it was done! Thank you for the excellent & prompt service you guys! I would recommend your service and products to everyone.

We lived in Ontario and purchased a house in Calgary Alberta. The house we bought was built in 1984 and still had original 1984 kitchen along with the terrible flooring threw out. Being that I lived in Ontario but wanted the flooring done and a new custom kitchen my realtor recommend Columbia Carpentry. I told her I needed someone I could trust because I would be in Ontario not here for the reno.
I reached out to them and received a call back from Matt, we chatted for probably 30 minutes about what I wanted and what he recommended. After that first call I felt quite comfortable and did not feel the need to get any other estimates. I explained that I would not be in Calgary and that all choices would have to be done threw pictures. He did say he had never done that before but if I was ok with it we could proceed. Well hiring them was the best decision I made!! We had our share of issues but nothing that could not be dealt with. He ordered my kitchen and got it done within my time line and I absolutely love it. It is everything I wanted and more, even though part way threw I asked to have a closet redone into a large pantry, that was not a problem. Matt took care of everything and gave me the kitchen of my dreams.
I am 100% satisfied with the workmanship, the way I was treated and always kept in the loop. Renovations are not easy when you are in the same city never mind being over 3000 kilometers away. Columbia Carpentry was wonderful to work with and made me feel confident in my choices. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a renovation. They take pride in what they do and have great people skills.
