I moved to town couple months ago and of all places I have been this is the most amazing depot I have been to. Such a bright clean friendly astablishment where staff work as a team and your in and out I would give 100 stars if I could. I recommend this place to everyone. Two thumbs up guys and gals thank you for being great.

Was good, nice and fast the first time...

Second time no one said anything and was awkward and just banging bottles and cans around in a snow blizzard... They should have music playing.. Or be friendlier perhaps?...

Wonderful friendly people,very efficient,also very helpful,very Clean,I come in approx,every 2 months,approx $20 I leave it for them ,I dump my bags & tell them ,,Coffee for Everyone,,but not once has anyone ever come over to me to say THANK YOU,,IVE BEEN DOING IT 2 YEARS NOW

Took our bottles in. They were all counted and organized. In my small bags I had 50 bottles 1L and under in each bag. One large black bag of over 1L bottles. Total should be 25.00. I told the lady I wanted each bag counted separately because we have been ripped off before. Was doing really great until we get to the over 1L bottles where she decided to say no they go under 1L or less. Uh I don't think so... your little piece of paper you hand out says otherwise.... even after someone told her she was in the wrong she continued to argue.... count your bottles people and make sure you get the proper refund back.... they will take any chance they can to rip you off. Poor customer service by some...

Took in bottles had counted them had 795 for the 3rd time they said i had less then i did. When guy was caught he conveniently couldnt find my reciept he was just adding to it had 7.95 when he got it straight he only gave me 6.15 if u do that to even every second customer they r making a killing on stealing from clients. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO STEALING HIGH RIVER LOCATION.

The staff are quick and efficient when other customers aren't so inconsiderate and bring in a truck load at a time. I feel that they should have a two bag or two box limit.

If I had a choice I would not go here. It was so weird..the guy working here kept giving me trouble for putting ice in my garbage. I explained 2 times that I keep my cans and bottles outside and apologized . It IS Canada and winter. The ice attached to a few cans is from the elements .

He just kept insulting me about throwing ice in my Garbage. Just made me feel bad.
