I have been using Greenaway for just over a year now. The first tenant we had was not good (to say the least). Their credit check came in ok and all the references checked out (but how good are references really)? But Chris King at Greenaway kept on top of these tenants, inspection after inspection and luckily the tenant (who I believe is not used to be supervised so heavily) decided to move out. We found a new family who has moved in and Greenaway asked me if I'd like to join the first inspection (which I did). Being a little scared after our first (problem) tenant, I was worried about any new tenant.
