I had my black tank emptied for the first time since I bought my rig. Chris was very quick and took care of everything. I used the toilet and it was backing up.
I called the main number again and they sent him back a few hours later. Chris did some trouble shooting and ended up getting the clog that was further up the pipe. I'm so grateful I didn't have to hire a plumber to get the clog out.

I'll definitely be using these guys for my regular pump out service.

I’ve had to call to have my septic tank pumped twice in the past few months. The first time they sent a crew to help dig because my husband was out of town. They were very quick to respond with a truck and very fast and efficient. Although my problem was a little more than just pumping, they still helped by getting it done quickly. Highly recommend these guys if you’re needing your tank pumped.

We can't say enough positive things about SP Pumps & Tanks. First, a big shout out to the amazing ladies at the front desk answering calls. Professional, friendly and kind. We run a Bed&Breakfast in Sooke and needed solutions fast! The ladies were so understanding and made things happen to get us up and running again. Good job!
We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Brian. He came with Chris (technician) to tackle the job together. They worked late and came back early to wrap up. Above and beyond the call of duty and we are so grateful. Thank you Brian and thank you to your wonderful team.

Stopped in at the office with some questions about our septic alarm and to book an appointment to have someone come out to do an inspection. Front office staff got me in to meet with a couple of the guys right away. They also booked a next day appointment to inspect the alarm and help with troubleshooting. Cody showed up as scheduled and quickly sorted things out, answered all my questions, and showed me how to monitor our system on an app. I appreciate the helpful, friendly, and professional service.

Really pleased with the service we received to empty our septic tank and install access lids. Thanks to the technician's understanding of the system, he was able to locate and remove an obstruction that may have gone undiscovered. They're someone I'd use again.

Two years ago, SP serviced our sump tank (pump-out and inspection) for a total of $399, including the vacuum truck and two persons. A week ago, they performed the same service, plus some minor additional work (relocate a junction box) which they had recommend and I agreed to. The total invoice? $2,701.14. When I disputed this, Brian (manager) called, and after some discussion, and to his credit, he adjusted the bill. I appreciate that, but the initial bill was simply wrong.
