Just had a new furnace installed by the good people at Expert Mechanical and they did an amazing job. The project manager Chris was great to deal with, super friendly and knowledgeable and the install team showed up on time and finished up in record time. Everything has been working great since then. I have been trying to get your attention to settle a debt. for the last few weeks. You are ghosting me now that you have closed.

Problem:; I was quoted a price on an Amana 3 ton, 16 Seer AC.
you installed a Payne 3 ton 16 seer AC of lessor value.

You agreed on the phone that you would credit my account with the difference in value. That was months ago with no more interaction or return of correspondence.

This transaction in my opinion was a bait and switch transaction which you deny. After I talked to Amana and Carrier I would suggest I am right. I am suggesting to anyone that reads this that they be careful when/If you reopen your shop.
I would still like to hear from you if you ever resurface.

BUYER BEWARE
I had 2 furnaces and 1 AC installed by Expert. My electrical permit failed inspection. As I now go to try and reach out to have the deficiencies resolved I believe that they are closed! All of their emails are shut down, they dont answer the phone and their voicemail is full.

Chad was personable & communicated well. This is the second time I have hired this company and I will utilize them again.
Only suggestion is to provide rough quote before doing the work in case clients can’t afford the repair(s).

Great installation timing and service. Chad and Darrell are very experienced and explained the operation of the new A/C unit and furnace clearly. The final quote/cost was quite competitive.

I have used Expert Mech a couple times on commercial projects and they were always great. I recently completed my homes basement plumbing rough-in and they did a great job as usual. There were a couple of changes I needed on the job and they were great to accommodate. They still have to come back to wrap up some things at the next stage of the project, but they are excellent to work with, do good work, and are very competitively priced. I will definitely use again for any HVAC or plumbing projects I have!
