I do not recommend moving here, office can't figure out billing and our rent just went up another $50 but they call it garbage fees, which the city picks it up anyway!!!! Now we are paying $800 a month. This is absolute B.S. only lived here 3 months and I'm ready to sell. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Great place! Love the community, it is well kept and clean. There is something fun to do at least once a month within the community. Pets are loved and respected. Friendly staff at the office make paying fees pleasant and the location is wonderful. Yes lot fees suck but it's cheaper than a mortgage. As long as it stays that way its worth it to me.

The absolute worst place to live ìf u rent..... Peter/ Rachel are the worst I've live in the trailer park for almost 7months and I rent off them but the trailer needs washer and dryer as well as a new fridge they still have not gotten us one the absolute worst place to live

Rented a beautiful trailer in the park and Rachel the property manager has been absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond for her clients.

I am pretty upset with the office today. I don't know her name as it has been a revolving door she is newer. How she treated me today and how she spoke to me. She is discriminating, very opinionated and she did not even try to set up a payment plan with me.

She said it will take blank blank years to pay off with $25.00 ? I am owing $675.00 from over $3000.00 plus paying my lease every month with the utilities. I never ever mentioned that would be my payment going forward.

She never even tried to negotitate a payment plan just assumed. What is wrong with her? There is no communication at that office they know how hard I have been trying to pay off the debt thousands and thousands of dollars since COVID hit.

I have really tried my hardest to pay of this growing debt but it seems it never goes down. She defenitely with be fired just like all the rest of the front end staff over the years. Terrible terrible people, communtication skills and her body language was so so unprofessional to say the least.

I have dealt with alot of problems since last year with the growing debt, lost payment that I did through my online banking, the consant harsassing emails for payment which I do anyways weekly, biweekly or monthly to name a few. I have lived here for a long time 6 years and after the way I was treated today I do not want any part of it anymore. I am done with the company.

Please do your research on this company expecially if anyone is considering living here. Be aware of the concerns this company has had over the years and now expecially with the very rude Kim at the office.

I don’t recommend living here. They’ll send you eviction notices for paying your rent. I’m not joking. They increase the rent every year and do the bare minimum for the park. There’s better places to live.
