Sherry Hart and Cathleen Soucie have been nothing but exceptional. My wife and I own a property up and Fort Nelson and we are very pleased with the level of service. Sherry has exceeded expectations as a Property Manager. Even with the low vacancy in the city she has managed to find us great tenants and minimal turn over and fill our building. She knows that value when we would rather have a good tenant then fill with the wrong tenant. I would recommend their brokerage as she has done a fantastic job. Cathleen has also done a very good job for us she a very approachable realtor and has also exceed our expectations with her ability to navigate us through a transaction.

Well very unimpressed with the actions of royal le page fort nelson. I made an open appointment with them due to the fact I was driving 12 hours to come and view houses and jobs in fort nelson. When i called to tell them i would be free sometime after 1 PM because i had a job interview and another appointment. The lady said if I couldn't be there within a 15 min window I was out of luck and have a nice drive back where we came from. Absolutely appalling when a potential customer takes that kind of time to come to see you and you brush them off like that. They must be making to much money to be able to be so rude. In the end I was able to find a home with a different company best people I have ever dealt with. I have a string of text messages to prove how rude the lady was it was shelly or sherry. I wouldn't ever send a soul to them i would be afraid of how they where treated. Very excited to move to fort nelson and i hope that's the last unsavory situation.
