Johnson Waste Management trucks dump bins at about 4:30 AM right beside my home in Wolseley...shaking the big bins and making enough noise to wake the dead. I complained by calling the company on Aug 14, and they said that it was normal for the trucks to start at 3 AM, but that they would "follow up". For two weeks the trucks picked up at 6:45 instead, but this morning Aug. 31 again I was woken up it by their racket at 4:45 AM. I can't believe this is acceptable. This is not an industrial park...its Wolseley! Please have some respect for the community.

Terrible company to deal with , would not recommend any of there services. There are fare better companies that have better business practices than they do . If I could give negative stars, they would be a -5.

I find that the drivers say they dumped when they did not and when you call as to why it is not dumped you are made to felt like you are complaining. I just want what we pay for.
