I cannot say enough words about my amazing experience with Katherine. She is an absolute pro and the best at her job. She has the best customer service and does her absolute best to reply promptly to any questions and updates to the process. We didn't know if an approval was going to happen but with her absolute extensive knowledge on what to do to give the best chance we were able to make it happen.
