I had ordered some funeral cards from Vistaprint and they came printed incorrectly, only a few days before the service. Rayacom reprinted the cards for me and I picked them up the next day. I ordered wedding invitations from another printing company online. They had promised to have it me on May 28, 2018 but have now pushed the date back one more week. I contacted Rayacom last night and recieved my invitations today! In one day they had done what this other company wanted weeks to do!! Jay was amazing and professional to deal with. Hands down the best prices and best service for any print/design place I have been. Used them a few times now and always on time and done perfect. Jay has even gone out of his way and stayed late multiple times to get the job done. Ive never seen a business go so far for their customers. Its nice being treated likea person rather than a dollar sign. Figured i would post this review after seeing the last one as thats total b.s., they do amazing work, always on time and done right 🙂

Beyond incompetent. Messed up our proofs 4-5 times, and when we asked for corrections, we were lied to, the manager saying he was away with a family emergency, when he told me the week before he was at a 4-day wedding. When I asked for a better deal, I was that he wouldn't complete the order because I was rude. Left us hanging for a grand opening coming up in 3 days. Avoid at all costs.
