Michelle was very patient with me and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Every time I went in, I had to wait as they were back to back with clients. When i finally returned on day 3 with my mind made up and time to actually complete the purchase and switch, she was very thorough, explaining everything on the contract and the break down of pricing.
