July 2022: When I asked if I could send a flyer for a fundraiser the receptionist slammed the phone down in my ear and said we don't do that here. Red Deer is a very small community to not support any charities or non-profits, and I found that unfortunate as their mission statement says: they want to "increase the sustainability and quality if life within their communities, they are owned and democratically influenced by the people who's lives are touched By their products and services. "

Very over priced just found out I was being charges more than double what I should be for home insurance. All there customer should be looking into other providers. They were also 1200 dollars more on there auto quote than I'm paying. They are truly taking advantage of people..

I've been dealing with Darcy and his crew for many years now. It's not the cheapest insurance one can find. But trust me, if something unforseen happens, you don't want to have the cheapest insurance there is. These guys really go above and beyond.
