Apartment is very clean and quiet. Building manager Bhargav, always has a big smile on his face and is very kind, cooperative, and detailed. Team is efficient, client focused and easy to deal with. I am very thankful for the quick response and action upon any issues.

HI my name is Shelley. I live at Watson Tower. I love my apartment, it is comfortable, and what I like to call home. I like the fact it is so close to the hospital, as I just turned 65. I like the fact I can have pets, as I am animal lover, if I have a problem with anything in the bldg. I am taken care of almost immediately. Management is very friendly, I am hearing impaired, and partially blind,,, everyone is very compassionate, and friendly. I think I have been here 5 or 6 years... and never want to move.

I have lived in Watson Towers for 7 years, and enjoy the comradeship of great neighbours and friends I have met in this building. I work at hospital so just a walk across the street. The management and staff have been very helpful and prompt in accommodating for the minor fix it needs I have had over the years. I have found the building quiet and clean and elevator is an absolute plus when my knee was having issues. I also like this location for closeness to grocery stores, Carnival Theatre, and medical offices.

I currently live at Watson Tower, building manager is friendly and always willing to help. the laundry room is quiet and tidy. social room is clean, haven't used it since COVID, however, its always kept well and tidy. the gym is clean and spotless.

I recommending this building to my friend, who currently lives here.

Watson Towers looks like a very nice place but the Boardwalk Rental Communities are very shady and under handed. I spoke with someone there on Tuesday and wanted to rent an apartment. I was even willing to pay the security deposit to make sure no one else would rent it. They told me to wait too do a virtual tour to see the place first to make sure I liked it. As I do not live in the same province I agreed. We were going to do a virtual tour on Thursday. The next day someone different called and asked to reschedule the virtual tour for Friday. A short time later that same person called again and said the apartment was already rented and it was first come first serve. I was first in line and they rented it out right out from underneath me. I am angry and very glad I did not send them a security deposit because who knows what would have happened to that money. I would never rent from Boardwalk now knowing what I know. I have never written a google review before but this is something that people need to be aware of.

Great place to live, I only had one issue with my fridge, but it was resolved within minutes by the maintenance staff. The building manager always responds in a timely manner and never hesitates to help when needed. Overall it deserves a 5 star.

Been living here for almost a year now and have loved it ! The staff are so helpful and any maintenance problems i ever had were resolved by the next day! Never lived in an apartment building where the neighbours were so friendly, this place seriously feels like home !! Also right across the hospital which is super nice.

Awesome place to live it's really a home away from home. I just have to walk to the hospital to visit sick family and friends. And what a bonus as well not to pay the public parking fees. The staffs are very nice and friendly.
