Quick to respond, knowledgeable and thorough! I called in on a holiday, received a callback and got an appointment for the next day. The repair people are courteous, friendly and very helpful.. i highly recommend Red Key and their agents!!

Once the maintenance department was involved everything was dealt with promptly and in an accurate effective manner, however it's a shame it took so long to get the right people on the job, the lack of urgency from admin, I assume, has left a "bitter taste." The lack of care for my safety won't be soon forgotten.

Exceptional experience from first inquiry to move out. Moving can be stressful but this was a breeze. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided clear instructions for my move out to be able to get my security deposit back. Will be renting from them again!

They are Vultures, driven by greed and exploitation. No maintenance is ever done on the buildings but they up the rent to the max every cycle.Even the building heat and night lighting is reduced to bolster their profits..Greed takes priority & they simply don't care about their tenants. You deserve better elsewhere.

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with this rental company. From the very beginning, it was clear they were only interested in taking as much money as possible without providing the services they promise. They make it extremely difficult to get your security deposit back, often coming up with questionable reasons to withhold it.

Throughout my tenancy, maintenance requests were routinely ignored. No matter how many times I called or how urgent the issue was, nothing ever got fixed. Their neglect of basic maintenance responsibilities left me feeling unsafe and uncared for as a tenant.

When it came time to move out, they provided an excessively detailed and unreasonable list of cleaning tasks. They even expected me to change the smoke detector batteries, which is typically a landlord's responsibility. This felt like an attempt to make the move-out process as difficult as possible, ensuring they could find reasons to keep my deposit.

Overall, my experience with this company was extremely negative. Their business practices are unfair and exploitative. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid renting from them
