I have been at Westridge Estates for 17 years and I have had nothing but good experiences. Customer service has always been extremely helpful and pleasant. The maintenance department has always been polite, quick and efficient as well. I am have raised my two children here and have never had a problem. They have have always had clean green spaces to play in thanks to the landscaping guys and have always been safe! Thank you Boardwalk for providing a wonderful place to call home!

I’ve been living here for a decade, and the office is always quick to handle repairs. Alejandro is always friendly and eager to help whenever needed. They respond to requests promptly, and the landscapers do an outstanding job keeping the exterior in great shape, making it easy to enjoy the outdoor space.

Commited to providing exceptional service to their residents!? 🤣 I guess thats why the people cleaning my furnace today left my door wide open for my pets to escape?! Guess thats why ive had an ant problem and an open maintenance ticket for 4+ months and no resolution. Not my definition of exceptional service provided to their residents thats for sure!!

Been with boardwalk since 2017, and always been a positive experience. Myrna at westridge estates is one of the most professionally understanding people iv ever encountered. She always follows through with our request and issues, and a huge shout out to the new maintenance guy Angelo in westridge estates. awesome employee!! Had issues with our shower for months. Previous maintenance guy could never fix it and just ignored us after so many failed attempts. Angelo came to fix it after being hired with boardwalk and managed to fix it with 1-2 hours. So thankful and grateful. Finally a maintenance employee that knows what they are doing and is successful in what he does. THANK YOU ANGELO AND THANK YOU BOARDWALK

I have lived at Westridge estates for over 4 years now.
The property manager Myrna is always polite, and easy to communicate with. The staff quickly fix any maintenance requests and the upkeep they do to the property is topnotch and appreciated!

If there was an opportunity to put 0, I would gladly do it. We rented a townhouse with my husband. Not only that the prices are sky-high, it is not clear why, but also the landlord of this location is a dishonest person. For the fact that we wanted to move from there, we still had to pay an exorbitant amount of money. How horrible it is to treat people! Too many lies!

I haven't lived at Westridge. But have lived in Boardwalk Communities before. I had very good experience with them. Even during walkout inspections. If you leave the place as clean or cleaner than when you moved in and get damage repaired quickly when it happens, Boardwalk is very reasonable in refunding your whole deposit back. Would definitely rent from them again.

I have been living hear for 6 and half years. The office lady myrna is great. She has gone further then she needed to for me and my girls. I really do hate to move from here. Thank you Myrna for making things easier in our transition
