I have lived with boardwalk for two years now and the whole time my experience has been amazing! The laundry is one of the best prices I've seen and the damage deposit is reasonable unlike most places. We just moved into a unit where someone smoke for many years. However you would never know looking at the unit. Jocelyn in cleaning and Rey in maintenance did a unbelievable job at repair. Ali and Tess found the unit for us keeping in mind our tight budget and size needed. 24 hour maintenance and security too! Would recommend to anyone.

I don't have enough words to describe how nice this place is. The building is always clean and smells good. Every day, the outside looks incredible. It's in a good location, with everything within walking distance: stores, schools. A really nice place to live. I like it.

The building staff are very professional and friendly. I was greeted with a smile every time I was at the office.
I was looking for months and found this unit on the Boardwalk site. I made an appointment for the Saturday and then in three days on a Tuesday I got approved for the rental and was all moved in within a week.
The building is quiet, no traffic nearby and walking distance to a path by the Red Deer River.
I love it here and feel at peace in my new home.

Staff in building 2 at 5423 57 Street work hard, are friendly and are beautiful souls to work with. I am happy to live here. Thank you for making this place “home.”
