Great experience working with Monte and Jerome. Had a bit of tricky situation working with an older preexisting structure and they made it happen seamlessly. Easy to talk to and quick response times! Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had custom home plans designed by Jerome. We had an idea and he brought it to life. We went back to make changes twice after the final drawings were done and it was quick and easy both times. Jerome was very easy to work with and very quick at getting back to us. We would highly recommend i4HomeDesign.

If I could give a 0 (ZERO) rating, I would. He eagerly wanted to design my house without taking into consideration the lot grade, utilities location*sewer etc*, building scheme when in fact we gave all these docs to him from the start. When he modified the design he asked more money out of his negligence. Never use this designer/draftsman, as he was only after more money out of his mistakes....most unreliable person I dealt with.

Monte and his team are unbelievably awesome to do work with. Very knowledgeable, and willing to work on most anything with you to get the best results you want. Their renderings are amazing and the work is always top notch. I highly recommend them!
