Origami helped us with accounting for several years as we grew from a small business to a medium business. They handled our evolving company and took a lot of work off my plate at a very affordable rate. Throughout the years the service was always friendly and professional and I really have no complaints. Eventually our business needs became more complex as we grew into a larger organization and Origami provided an export of all of our information and data to make sure we had everything we needed as we migrated to a different system. I really liked the idea of sending my info in the mail (in envelopes provided by them) and not having to make trips to see my accountant all the time. That’s why I chose Origami when I started my business 5 years ago and their competitive pricing was a plus! Great correspondence over email that would link me to my online portal on their website. All my financial statements were available to me on there and if I ever did want an in person meeting they were happy to set that up for me.

Recently moved cities and decided to go with my new shop owners accountant (as I’m a subcontractor) and having the same accountant for both of us just made the most sense. So even though I did just end my services with Origami (which was a lovely and easy process) I would highly recommend them to other small business owners like myself, or any size business for that matter!

We are into our 3rd fiscal year with Origami managing our bookkeeping and our year-end reporting and income tax. Upon moving to Origami, we were assigned an accountant, Dan, to manage our file. We lean heavily on Dan for important financial and tax advice, and are really happy with what he has provided and the response time to any of our requests. We had concerns about keeping our documents off-site with Origami, but they are so quick at digging up receipts or credit card statements and emailing them to us upon request, that it has never really been an issue. We highly recommend Origami Accounting.
