Trustworthy!

I have owned several residential properties in Fort McMurray over the past 17 years, and it was always scary trying to find a good, honest property manager company.

I have had several companies try fraudulent activities on me by not paying the due rent, had even had one company in 2016 during the Fires in Fort McMurray steal/fraud me of over $20k, they sent out fraudulent Fake Invoices, etc.

Anyway, enough ranting about the bad of fort mcmurray, here is the Good!

RACE Real Estate Property management! Finally someone that I could Trust! After the first year i had absolutely Zero issues, by year 4 i still had Zero issues! Sheri and Aaron were always extremely helpful to me, and I really appreciated how much Sheri and Aaron actually Cared about the business!
