She responded to all of our questions in a timely manner and helped to explain the real estate jargon in a way that was clear and more easily digestible for those not familiar to the inner workings of the industry (which was much appreciated considering our condo was our first home and we had never sold before). Nesreen MacDonald did her best to be always available to meet for showings (she even would pre-visit some homes and video the inside {where appropriate}). We never felt pushed into buying a certain home, she was very considerate of our needs and was great at checking in with us repeatedly through the whole process (especially when the market was HOT). Horrible brokerage to deal with and would give 0 stars if that were an option. The broker is a bully and the realtor that we dealt with is not knowledgeable about the basics of real estate. We are currently working with a lawyer because they are refusing to sign off on a cancellation which is holding up our house sale and interfering with us buying our new property. They don't care about anyone but themselves and their bank account, and they don't care what they do to get money from people. Absolutely horrific experience.

Worst experience ever!!! Do not do any business with Kerry the owner ever. This man has been holding my house ransom for over 4 week now demanding fees for cancellation of contract with no proof or explanation. We have had lawyers involved now for 3 weeks and he still refuses to cooperate.
