We hired Nestbuilder to repair our driveway and roof and to complete some electrical work in our kitchen. Tom and his team were great. We signed a contract and they managed and completed all the work professionally and timely. They were courteous and patient with all our questions and concerns. The team at Nest builder did an amazing job renovating our kitchen. The project was completed on time and on budget. This renovation completely transformed the feel of the home and we are thrilled with how everything came together. We started our renovation with a scale Sketchup plan of the bathroom changes and a detailed list of renovation requirements. Our starting point was a prioritized list of 10 potential contractors. We contacted the first 4 and quickly found that most were not interested in using our Sketchup plan as the blueprint or working with our interior decorator Amanda Schroter Design. However Bathroom Renovations Edmonton (nest BUILDER) was willing. They couldn’t work directly with the Sketchup file so the renovation became a close collaboration with our primary contact Doug Walton. Work started June 7, 2021 with the kitchen counter templating. Demolition of the existing bathrooms started August 3. The full reno was substantially finished November 5 with a couple of breaks in between waiting for materials. Lawrence almost became part of our family during the 10 weeks he spent on site. His skill and attention to detail resulted in perfection in the finished product. The tile work in the ensuite and basement bathroom is amazing. This same perfection is evident in the vinyl plank flooring he installed in the basement. For us this is a 10 star result that has made our place much more livable. Nest Builder proved to be very flexible in their approach to completing a renovation. You will not go wrong if you can get them as your partner for a renovation.

Please read recent review in BBB. Our recent bathroom renos were contracted but deficiencies, change of contract without homeowner consent and denials abound. Adjoining room drywall broken into during demolition - not reported, but once discovered mudded and painted over as homeowner insisted on it being fixed. Another adjoining room - the wall was sawed into as well as into a beloved picture during bathroom reno. Not disclosed to homeowner. Once discovered, $40 gift card and a tub of sealant was given. Tiled wall- drywalled over, until discovered. It was later corrected. Foreman was rarely present to observe/supervise. Homeowner needed to supervise and give correction, etc. BEWARE. CHOSE another contractor

Our downstairs bathroom badly needed renovating: rusty sink, dilapidated tub, crazy-old fixtures, old & peeling wallpaper - it was just yukk. Got several quotes and Nest Builder's was competitive; we ended up going with them because they presented some creative design ideas the others didn't. The end result is gorgeous, and so far the quality of their work has been impeccable.
Doug and Tom were very helpful with overall design as well as selecting specific items: fixtures, tile, countertop, flooring etc. This included incorporating some existing fixtures in the design (cabinets etc that were fine and didn't need to be replaced). They were very good at understanding our peculiarities & priorities; I really appreciated that!
There were some surprises during the reno itself - this is an old house with lots of living and a not-so-handyman previous owner in its story - and Nest Builder dealt with these efficiently and professionally. The end result is gorgeous and well worth the effort!
I appreciated their help and input throughout the project, and am so pleased with the result! I would definitely recommend them to a friend - in fact I have asked them to renovate our other bathroom later this spring and am looking forward to working with them again soon.
