I got an email telling me they received my email. But I haven't gotten a place n line chat to resolve my problem .And still no phone call either.It is Dec 10.and still haven't received my cheque.. We are going into lock down. And I have no food and don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. Been leaving messages everyday for a week and the supervisor hasn't called me back yet .So not sure if the email method is the problem or the people in the office. But it get a big fail from me

Actually this time around. I was helped by a jennifer who kindly sorted out a miscommunication and learned a few things from her as well she wasnt at all rude and had ambition to genuinely help.
She was very informative so to prevent any further issues for myself for the future .

NOT GOOD, they were once very helpful, but now I'm heading towards a tent. I've got ostero arthritis, I've worked since I was 16yrs old. I've paid my taxes & this is how they treat me(us)!!!

We are in desperate need of help, however we did not qualify. We understand that part, but how rude the Alberta social worker was towards us was appaling. Instead of being offered compassion and sympathy in these trying times we were met with such disdain and self righteousness. Not impressed by the people representing our government.
