I have had two sessions with Kirstin to help me with my procrastination and excessive napping (procrastinating) and WOW!
I have seen an enormous improvement in this crippling behavior. I'm more productive in my days and I now have drive, which I have not had for quite a few years. The connections she makes with an event in your life from the past is mind blowing! and how that event is connected to your current emotion and behavior is incredible. I highly recommend a session or a few if you are feeling stuck in your life.

I met kirsten just over a year ago, I was very skeptical because I did have SIT done before and found it to be a waste of my time, but I heard many good things about kirstens practice ,so I am really about the practioner when it comes to healing. So I thought I'll give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. I came in full of anxiety and very wounded and not well mentally. In total kirsten and I have had 6 sessions and each one has unravelled newness. I no longer suffer from severe snxiety, i much more co.fortable in my skin and , she has taught me that it us ok to take care of yourself..im very grateful I tried it again with her because she is really wanting people to heal from their trauma, their hurt, and tgeir low self image. This was my first subconscious imprinting session and I loved it and adore Kirstin! Kirstin was attentive to me and and very specific with her home care and support that she gave during our SIT session. I highly recommend doing the recommended home care as it really does help! Definitely try it for yourself you will be happy you did! 💓
