Absolutely the worst insurance broker I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. After five+ years with them, I can confidently say this place is a complete joke. Employees quit constantly, leaving you to deal with a revolving door of incompetence. They send emails but never follow up, proving that their so-called "customer service" is nothing but a hollow slogan.

Like every other broker, they’re only in it for themselves, and they couldn’t care less about their clients—which is literally their job. If you’re considering Lakestone Insurance Brokers, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction.

Zero stars if I could.

After having a terrible experience with my previous broker and them being unsure if my new car was even insured. I moved everything to Lakestone. Crystal was great and explained everything got all the paperwork to me quickly and had everything signed and sealed within a couple of days.
