Was verbally quoted $1800.00 + $500.00 is disbursements for a legal and closing costs. Company closed a private sale acting as lawyer for both parties. I ended up being charged $4,735 and the other party paid $1195.00 which equals a total of $5930.00 for a private sale of a $165,000 legal and closing costs on a private sale. Recommend receiving all quotes in writing.

Asked about probate forms. Told to go online. Made numerous calls to court house and court of Kings Bench.
After two hours of trying to find the correct info which is several forms I was finally told by someone that all you have to do is pay $9 and they will send the forms out. None of the lawyers I called including the court house told me this.
