Northtowne managed my condo for the short while that I owned and renovated it. Great communication with the property manager and other owners while I made noise made for a pleasant ownership/flip. The one AGM that I attended was very good and had lots of owners present which is a sign of a well managed property in my opinion.

Very poor communication skills for a property manager whose job it is to communicate. Lots of promises made that were never followed through, would not recommend at all.

Over all our favourite rental that we lived in! Was only a short time since we ended up buying a house but still a great experience. Management was great to deal with, and maintenance were always helpful if any problems came out. Would have definitely stayed longer but the perfect home for us hit the market.
Even everyone in our building was super nice and never had issues with noise.

I hate to disagree with the reviews posted to date.
I lived in the Marcoux property for 6 1/2 years and had 3 issues. The first was on move in and that was rectified immediately - the dishwasher was not pumping. The 2 other issues were with drains in the sub zero winters in 2017 and early 2021. Both times they were fixed within a day.
There was a period where weekly common area cleanings had fallen off during COVID but that was rectified when Darryl assumed the duties for maintenance. Both Darryl and his partner did an awesome job at the weekly cleaning of common areas including washing walls. So cudos to them for raising the bar.
The property management people have changed over the years but in my experience they have all been very approachable and professional.
Skyler, the last manager that I had, was very prompt with ansering calls and emails.
I would recommend giving these units a try, units are good size and most people are friendly. And rent for approximately1100 square feet the as they say, "priceless".

I dealt with Skyler when I lived at Platinum Ridge in Lorette. I have also been in touch since leaving that complex. I have always had incredible, prompt service for any issues that i had. Slyler and Northtowne Management have been very professional in all dealings. Would definitely rent from them again.

A wonderful family owned company. Buildings are modern and clean, maintenance is friendly and service calls were always dealt with in a timely professional manner. Highly recommend.

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. I have a friend who has lived there for less than a year and it seems that every second week there’s a new problem. Management is constantly changing. Very unprofessional, rude staff, no one knows what they’re doing. Terrible I wouldn’t want anyone to live here … even it was free. Save yourself the time and the money go somewhere else.

I lived there a few years ago and never had an issue. If there was a problem it was fixed right away. I am currently on the waiting list to live there again.
