It’s absolutely ridiculous that this company has caused over 200 people to face housing problems and unnecessary stress. It’s bad enough that majority of rental and development agencies ONLY care about lining their fat pockets by gouging their renters for everything they’ve got, I mean we pay enough rent, but now it’s OBVIOUS that LADCO co. Ltd. has been using their residents payments to siphon into the HOLIDAY INN AIRPORT WEST and their other capitalistic assets ONLY to increase their profit maximums.

HELLO?!! If this company OWNS so many square feet of properties being rented and in the hospitality industry (which makes hundreds of millions a year) WHY did this residential property fall into disrepair?!

TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

They have taken 0 responsibility for 250 people being displaced within 12 hours from their building- Birchwood Terrace. Left them high and dry and have avoided all contact with media, like a guilty party would do. A property owner who allows their property to go to shambles because they won’t pay to keep up with maintenance. These people are absolute monsters!!

This company is a huge disappointment and does not let anyone who wants to establish a restaurant/pub style business that requires an alcohol license to serve alchohol directly. Just look at how boring the Southdale mall is, and how all the buildings have not been updated in decades. Our community is starving for a decent restaurant/pub where the we can gather and have fun, but every attempt to bring in a business like these have repeatedly been turned down due to this companies outdated views. Though they won't allow pubs in the area, they are 100% ok to allow major fast food companies to establish and sell junkfood to our community members, including our children. This property has so much potential, but it's all lost under LADCOs ownership, it's a real shame that they refuse to listen to what the community wants and what this area so desperately needs.

This is the company the is developing Praire Pointe. It’s at Stage 7 now. Hopefully they will be inspired to start work on the playground by Firestone drive.
