Going into my 4th year living here, and it's genuinely been a great experience. I haven't personally run into any of the issues mentioned in the other reviews. No issues whatsoever with heating or water; electricity seems rock-solid as does the internet connection. In the rare times that we have had problems; management was very quick to respond, and the issue was fixed quickly and with minimal hassle. The technicians doing the repairs were also extremely professional, polite and pleasant to interact with.

The 6 1/2 townhouse I share is very spacious, with tons of storage and living space; and the backyard is plenty big for a BBQ, patio table and even a small vegetable garden. The townhouses are very well insulated for noise, and I rarely hear so much as a peep from the neighbors.

Great location as well, very close to some nice parks as well as a ton of stores and restaurants.

This deserves a big fat ZERO star. The worst management. They do not listen to complaints. I have been here for more than 5 years and the management has worsen over the last few years. They do not take care of the property at all. It has become very dirty. HOT WATER is a big issue, often and I mean OFTEN they cut off the Hot water even during Winter times.Unsanitary. Very unprofessional.they are really bad in everything worse place to live I regard my living with these people worse customer service ever I see in my whole life

The one star is for the HORRIBLE management.
I have been in the same place for years, it is a nice, family-friendly area. but the new management is really really bad. there is no simple way of getting in touch with them. no emergency number, voice box always full, and a horrible secretory. The roof is falling apart in some areas, and they do a partial fix cheaply (so problems re-occur). The only time we see the manager is when he gives the notice for rent increase. They are understaffed; they are very unprofessional; they harass tenants and new comers; they feel entitled to scream at any of the tenants, as if people were their slaves. and even lack etiquette… these people need to learn how to speak to other human beings. They have serious issues.

If I could give this place a ZERO STAR I would of. Management is very neglectful, people have kids and every week there’s some kind of issue with this place. Either there’s no hot water or no heat. I regret moving here! Rent is not cheap here and they act like the don’t care. I’m fed up and will be contacting the rental board ASAP!!

I thought it would be a great place knowing its right next to gallery des sources But its nightmare always leaks, some times no hot water and sometime no heating and the management doesnt do anything! And the olace is filled with cockroaches

Worst management and services here. Management and janitor doesn't pay attention to our complaints despite repeated reminders. House was provided in a very bad situation. No cleaning was done. Would never recommend it to anyone
