I have been a client of this firm for the past four years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Every year, they increase their prices, and when I mentioned that I would be looking for other professionals, their response was highly unprofessional.

Today, I requested my 2024 Notice of Assessment—an essential document that belongs to me—only to be told that I must pay $50 simply because I am no longer their client. This is unreasonable and feels like an unfair penalty for choosing to seek services elsewhere.

What’s even more concerning is their lack of care in handling sensitive information. Last year, they mistakenly sent me someone else’s documents, which raises serious privacy concerns. If they sent me another client’s information, it’s likely mine was also mishandled. This kind of negligence is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the staff member I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude, lacking basic professionalism and courtesy. Instead of providing assistance, she was dismissive and unhelpful.

A company handling personal and financial information should prioritize professionalism, transparency, and data security. Unfortunately, my experience with them has shown a complete disregard for all three. I would not recommend their services to anyone who values professionalism and proper client treatment.

I approached Sandhu Professional Corporation for my taxes first time. Honestly, I am amazed by the treatment in terms of preparing and explaining the details of my present and past taxes. All the staff, in addition to Jay Sandhu was very courteous, professional and appears very experienced in taxes.
