After waiting 4 months for the initial Decor cabinets to arrive, it took an additional 5 to 6 months after installation for Decor to send a simple replacement for a damaged glass insert. After receiving the wrong replacement glass insert twice, it is now taking Decor an additional unknown amount of time for them to send the proper replacement insert. So, If you want a perpetual job, then Decor is for you.

this company was contracted to build my cabinets through a dealer, and after waiting over 1/2 a year, they did not paint my custom cabinets properly as shown on my build sheet. very disappointing……. be very careful, i was extremely thorough with my order and going over the build sheets and something got changed that was never communicated to me. now i have custom blue cabinets with a wood edge showing on every one instead of colour matched as the build sheet shows. should have just got thermofoil for 1/2 the price since in the end i got the same outcome i was trying to avoid 🙁

Could I buy the cabinets from the Décor company directly? I got two estimates for the same kitchen design and deference in the price is 10.000.00. So now I am wonder how much really cost cabinets at Décor company? Is a way of knowing that? Or should I open my own company for only one project: my own kitchen to learn about cost of cabinets at Décor
