I contacted this company to be in contact with a real estate agent who could help me find a commercial property, the receptionist took my details and assured me someone would call back. When I received a call back, it was from a man named John Johnson who seemed to have a property to show me, and asked me to call him back. In the meantime, I sent him an email with more details as to what I was looking for. When he called me back, he urged me to meet him downtown Moncton. I asked for more details, he then asked me what it is I was looking for, I mentioned the email I had sent and the details I gave the receptionist, he insisted he replied to my email. I told him he did not, and that I would prefer he sent me the details via email of the property listing so i could decide, as I do not think downtown Moncton would be ideal for what I am looking for. He was flabbergasted, and then insisted we meet for coffee to discuss what I was looking for. I advised him I was quite clear as to what I was looking for both to the receptionist as well as via email, he had no idea what I was talking about so kept insisting we meet for coffee so he could understand. This was so strange to me and made me super uncomfortable, I asked if he could respond to my email that I had sent him with all of the details I had given him, he brushed this off and hung up and I have not heard from him again. This is really strange, and unprofessional. I found a different commercial real estate agent.
