I called Pivotal as my sister was looking to purchase a Condo and I have had bad service in the past. But this time it was different, Mahdi took the time to provide Outstanding customer service, and helped us find a rental website. I have had bad experience in the past, however mahdi took the time to help us out, he was friendly, calm and I had a great conversation with him. I have owned my condo for 10years and since this company took over a couple years ago , it has gone completely down hill. Looks like a complete garbage dump . Had a huge tree infront of my condo , they ripped the tree out and now have left this open area covered in dirt and weeds . Love looking out my kitchen window everyday and walking out my front door to look at this mud pit and a jungle of weeds !
The potholes in the parking lot are so deep and extremely large that my car has a hard time driving to my parking spot . Where there is grass , it’s never cut .
I have sent pictures , left a few emails and still haven’t heard nothing back .
I really wonder why we are paying so much for condo fee and where it’s going cause I know it’s not going back to our Property maintenance or nothing.

I wanted to share my experience of interaction with the management company.
The thing is that an unpleasant situation happened to my apartment: a small bird got into the air duct leading directly to the microwave oven hood. The bird made its way along it further and further until it finally fell on the hood motor and got stuck there. It was a very problematic situation because something had to be done and I didn't know how to deal with this task. The situation was made worse by the fact that I live in another city and rent out this apartment. My tenant complained about the sounds coming from the air duct, and I could not help her in any way. This caused great stress for both my tenant and myself. I turned to the manager of the management company for help. Tyler turned out to be a very decent and responsive person. He treated the problem with understanding and solved it as if it were his own. He also contacted my tenant and reassured her as she was panicking about the situation. Tyler contacted pest control as well as an air duct cleaning service. All the while, Tyler responded to my tenant's and my emails promptly, updating us on the progress of the work. The bird removal work was completed and the duct cleared of feathers in a very reasonable amount of time considering that two companies had to be involved. I am very grateful to Tyler for his responsiveness, efficiency, and friendly attitude towards his clients. These are very important qualities in a manager and not everyone has them. Many thanks again to Tyler and Pivotal Property Management for your help in my difficult and unusual situation!

I’ve been living in one of their condos for 2 years, and the management has been consistently disappointing. First, my car was towed from my assigned parking spot for “aesthetic changes” while I was out of town. They sent a notice only 2 days before the work began—completely inadequate! Notices should be sent at least 1-2 weeks in advance. Second, during snow removal, no prior notice was given, and snow piles blocked access to my car. Lastly, after spreading anti-slip rocks in the parking lot, I found scratches and small rocks on my car hood. Attempts to contact them were met with endless redirection. Worst property management experience ever!
