I've had the pleasure of working with the Skyline team since the company first opened. I've dealt with numerous different property management companies in my 30+ years of experience as a General Contractor. I can honestly say that Skyline has consistently striven to stay on top of their clients and their growing list of properties shows they're doing things right. They've steadily improved their customer service and employ genuinely interested property management. Lately, I've been working with Joy Wallace and she has proven to be knowledgeable, reliable, thorough and true to her word. Skyline Property Management has been providing services to the building in which our condo was located for many years now. I have been on the Board and worked directly with Skyline since they became our property managers and thus can relate my direct experiences with them. Their service has always been very good with prompt responses to both the Board and the owners of any unit. The owner, Seang Hem, has always been available should the need arise for her assistance and, on the rare occasions where something may have not gone as intended (either in timeliness or end result), our property manager addressed it quickly so it was rectified and would not re-occur. Our current manager is Joy Wallace and she is a joy to work with. Friendly, knowledgable and professional in all her dealings. Very satisfied with Skylines services and especially with Joy. As an extra bonus, these services have been provided at a reasonable price as well. Definitely a Win-Win for our condo.

Seang and Skyline have supported my condo boards needs for very close to 10 years. I have been on our board for 15 years and President of my board for most of this time. We had a TERRIBLE management company before making the switch. We have been nothing but happy with our service from Skyline after making the switch. For the last year Joy has been assigned as our property manager and as a board we are impressed with the knowledge and ability to follow through.

Property management is a tough Gig and it impossible to make everyone happy. We just held our AGM last week and all owners that showed up also were very pleased with Joy's performance.

This property management company has been managing the condominium building where I own a condo for many years now and while they can be productive in some areas, other areas rank poor.
There is an extremely high turn over rate of staff and the last 6 months has also shown incompetence with respect to proper billing and effective communication in a timely manner.
No longer impressed.
