I lived in one of their buildings on the North side for about 10 years . Randy Ripley was the resident manager. In all my years never had a problem. The new owners/property management ? I have the landlord and tenants advisory on speed dial. I miss Ascot so much. This new bunch are just the worst. Like to the point of they are doing illegal things and threatening eviction if you don't comply with said illegal things. Having to constantly fight for your basic rights as a tenant in Canada is absurd.
I wish Blair hadn't ever sold the place 🙁
If I leave this place Im going to try like hecko to get in an Ascot run property again.

I highly recommend. I have rented from Ascot properties for 3 yrs and I’ve never been so satisfied renting an apartment. Dealing with ‘problems’ arising with great efficiency. We have an excellent property manager, currently Melmar who is fantastic. Judy at the main office is also extremely helpful. However, they’ve sold the building I live in downtown!! I’m so disappointed. I will miss this level of excellence very much. Thank you for the past 3 yrs Ascot Properties! Denise

Once you get into an Ascot Property you are not going to want to move. Im an old lady and have rented all my life. Everbody knows who you rent from is as important as where. Judy and one of their new building managers Blair are nothing short of terrific. If you want to move for any reason you will want to check out their (too short!) list of properties and try to get into there. Building owners would be wise to retain Ascot for Property Management and have legacy tenants for life who feel part of the Ascot family. This is not a sponsored post. Its a real life experience and i am doing just that

I moved here in 2016 and got a place with Ascot Properties. I still live in one of their buildings and I find that they are amazing people. Understanding and extremely kind. As long as you keep them informed of what is going on they will work with you. I feel like I finally found the home I have been looking for forever. 🙂

We lived in Arbor Apartment at 124 Street for 10 months. Expect the busy streets and the noise. Good management. Zane (property manager) is very understanding, let him know for any issues and he will do his best to make resolutions.

if moving out of this place don't even bother trying to clean the rooms because the will charge you anyway. my deposit was $900 and the ask me to pay $281 extra on top of that. i spend two days to clean the room.
they charge me for paint ($656) even though i lived there almost one and half years.

At first I though they were nice, but after my lease ended these guys charged me for extra 100$ for the damages that I had not done. Then, they agreed to give me back my money but they NEVER did. I do NOT recommend them at all.

Very nice place to live. I use to live at Elgin and the management is the best one. The manager Melissa is very nice, helpful and professional. I recommend this clean place and safe place.
