I recently purchased a condo managed by Blueprint. I had some flooring changes I wanted to make and wanted to complete my paperwork asap to have a smooth transition. Candace has been working on this with me - and thank goodness for her! She has been INCREDIBLE! She has answered all of my questions, gotten me the correct forms, helped me to submit them correctly and when I wasn’t getting any response, followed up with other Blueprint team members. As the treasurer of 2 different condo boards, I have been working closely with Susan Bonke for almost 3-4 years. I'm so pleased with the service I received from Susan, and she has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Susan's professionalism and commitment to great service made my job stress-free. For example, when a couple of incidents of hot water tank failure took place in one of the buildings, she had a crew contacted and sent out in a timely fashion. When I needed clarifications on some financial figures, she would get answers to me or direct my inquiries to the right person right away. Susan is also willing to take emergency calls after hours, which makes her the most responsive property manager among others that I have dealt with in the past 10-15 years. I appreciate Susan's attention to details and proactive approach to problem-solving. Her knowledge and professionalism definitely is a great asset to BluePrint, and I will not hesitate to recommend Susan to anyone looking for a property manager.

Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is clear, ensuring all issues are addressed quickly. We have had an extremely frustrating experience with this condo management company. Despite reaching out multiple times to request a simple change in our payment schedule — just to have our payments withdrawn on a different date to better align with our rental income — we were met with complete inflexibility and a lack of cooperation.

Instead of communicating with us or offering any form of assistance, they escalated the matter without warning and involved a lawyer, sending us a formal legal letter demanding full payment of our outstanding balance. What’s most concerning is that at no point were we contacted about any missed or late payments prior to receiving this letter.

Their approach was overly aggressive and lacked any sense of customer service or reasonable communication. As owners trying to work in good faith, we were left disappointed and feeling blindsided. We hope this review encourages others to be cautious and for the company to reconsider how they handle owner concerns in the future.

I can't speak for the entire experience with this company, but compared to the previous property management, this team has shown much better communication and made a greater effort in following up. But specifically this review is to Robisha — these stars are for her. She called several times to make sure I received the necessary information and showed excellent problem-solving skills to help improve the situation. If I could give zero stars, I would. This property management company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their lack of communication is beyond frustrating—emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and when you finally reach someone, they either don’t have an answer or promise to "get back to you"

The billing issues are significantly as bad. They constantly make errors, overcharge, and then give you the runaround when you try to get it fixed. Good luck getting a straight answer or a resolution.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial headaches. They have no respect for their tenants or clients, and it shows in every single interaction.

From my move into The Landing in August to every single email to Blueprint there is never, ever a personal touch. From the moment I signed Blueprint's Paperwork I was told a Move-In agent would contact me. This never happened. When I received all the private info from the previous owner due to the way I was set-up as a new owner in Blueprint's system they never responded to any of these emails alerting them to this from me. I asked to have a meeting with my board and this was never answered. I provided the info about my parking space, as requested by Blueprint and they never sent an acknowledgement email...but I still get all the group emails requesting this info to be sent. So did they receive it, did they not? Who's to say. This is the laziest "management" style company one could hire for their building by a staff that can't manage a database correctly and are told to just not respond to emails. There is only pride in paycheck here, not pride in work. If you are a building considering this company because of the number of owner questions they close off..please know that this company closes the question off immediately by saying it is forwarded to another person. Then you never get an answer. They never really address the question or fix a problem; they just create the stats to give that appearance.
