Absolutely outrageous service. We scheduled a viewing and arrived on time — but the manager never showed up. We called the company, and they gave us the manager’s number… who then proceeded to ignore and decline our calls. No apology, no explanation. We wasted our time, money, and energy for nothing. Complete lack of responsibility and respect for people. If you value your time and sanity — avoid this place at all costs. We haven’t seen such careless behavior in a long time.

I have a great experience with MyVic Property. The always make sure that the tenants are comfortable and safe, they maintain the cleanliness of the building, their rent rates are reasonable. I would like to specifically mention Angelica Celedonio who is really trustworthy and hardworking, she responds to my concerns on time and she does her best to solve any tenant issues. I would highly recommend this property.

I live @81 building on whyte ave, and I’ve been living here for quite a while. Management was great when Angelica was our Property Manager, as things would get dealt with fast and properly. Angelica was super professional and very good at her job. Since they switched our Property Managers, our building is going down hill. Oriana is the new Property Manager, and she doesn’t seem to have much experience in this field, as her lack of professionalism, efficiency and work knowledge is very visible. Things don’t get dealt with right away, and we have to be sending out numerous e-mails for her to take action on anything. When she does take action on things she has no problem telling us “Tenants” that she had a stressful day due to dealing with it…dealing with chores for a job that she is getting paid for. I know for a fact, that there is/was a Tenant in our building who wanted to rent out one of the underground parking stalls and Oriana said it was “all full”. Once speaking with Angelica, that Tenant found out it was a lie, there were a couple spots open and available to be rented out. If that Tenant hadn’t decided to double check with Angelica, that Tenant would never know that. Oriana should be fired just for that right there! You can’t just lie to Tenants cause you are lazy and don’t feel like doing the job that you are getting paid for. Our building garbage disposal is outside of the building by an alley, and it is now being locked up with a key to prevent over flowing and making a mess. When Oriana decided to give us Tenants the key for it, she just slipped under our doors a hard copy memo (advising us about the key for the garbage bin) with a loose key. I came home and found the memo, but to this day I still can not find my key and I have a pet, so I have no idea if my pet swallowed the key or if it hid it somewhere in my apt or what. I heard other Tenants had the same problem. If a pet swallows a key, it can kill it! Those are things that should be common sense to a Property Manager with experience in this field, she should think ahead about these things, as majority of Tenants here have pets. She should have given us the key in person, or put inside an envelope and drop it inside our mail boxes, or at the very least, if sliding it under our doors at least put it inside a well taped envelope. You can also tell by her e-mails her lack of professionalism, as she has been here for a few months now but still has no e-mail signature at all, and her e-mails are very poorly written. Definitely not a hands on job type of person, which is a must for this type of work.

Please don't rent with this company if you have a choice. They are completely unresponsive and will blatantly ignore you if you try to inform them of ANY issues in your home, and will never take action to address any concerns. They assigned us a building manager named Kingsley who completely ignores us when we tell him that there are leaks in our roof and cockroaches in our home. He is extremely rude and unprofessional, sends maintenance people with absolutely no notice whatsoever, and never answers his phone. Right now under this company, we are dealing with a cockroach infestation, a silverfish infestation, clogged sink and leaks in our ceiling - NONE of which have been addressed. If you want a chance at having a decent home, stay far away from this company.

Update: Our building manager has changed but nothing is better. People are still seeing roaches in the halls, the dryer on the first floor is now broken and management refuses to contact the dryer company to address this issue. The company has also repeatedly attempted to raise the rent of tenants by hundreds of dollars FAR before the end of their leases, which is very illegal. The lock on the front door of the building is also broken and not being fixed which allows homeless people into the building as they please. Our home is now a nightmare.

Great company and management team. Kevin, the landlord, was very helpful throughout my stay.

I recently had to move to a different city on short notice, and I couldn't have done it without Kevin's help. From the moment I informed him about the situation, he was extremely responsive and helpful. He made my move much smoother and less stressful. Kudos to you if you have Kevin as your landlord.
