Don't bother trying to contact this company regarding any of their lists. I've sent them so many messages and they haven't responded. I've sent emails to 3 different people, replied to their daily listing's, called their office and left voicemails. I have also submitted an application via their website (and has been listed as pending for weeks now).

If I were placing my property under the care of homelife to rent out, I would be so very disappointed.

I am a very good tenant, with great references. I'm quiet and do not own any pets. I have a great job and I've never once missed rent. I'm a wonderful tenant, a landlords dream!! Yet, this company refuses to contact me.

Don't waste your time with these guys, I guarantee you'll end up just as frustrated as I am.

Sabrina that works with Marnie and Taylor truly goes above and beyond for her clients & owners. I locked myself out of my rental, it was after hours and Sabrina came with an extra key so I could get back into my house. am deeply disappointed with my experience with Victoria Vitkay Property Management. Despite giving them two months to find tenants for my property, they were unable to secure any renters. This poor performance is compounded by a series of issues that made the process frustrating and costly:

Ineffective Tenant Placement: They failed to place tenants despite extensive time and effort. Their inability to accurately assess market rental prices led to ineffective pricing strategies, further delaying tenant placement.
Lack of Communication: I had to repeatedly contact them for updates and price adjustments. They did not proactively communicate or provide strategies to attract tenants, leaving me to manage these aspects myself.
Unresponsive Service: It was challenging to get timely responses. They often took 24-48 hours to reply to calls or messages, and they are not available on weekends when potential tenants are most likely to inquire.
High and Unclear Fees: They charged a full month's rent plus GST for tenant placement, with additional advertisement costs on top. Their fees seemed excessive and were not justified by their level of service.
Inadequate Advertising: They did not use effective, current platforms like Facebook Marketplace, which could have increased visibility for the listing.
Unfair Cancellation Fees: After canceling the contract due to their failure to perform, I was shocked to find a hidden cancellation fee of $700, which was not disclosed clearly at the time of signing. This additional cost, coupled with the two months of mortgage payments I had to cover, has made this experience extremely costly.
Overall, my experience with Victoria Vitkay Property Management was highly unsatisfactory. They did not deliver on their promises and ended up being more of a hindrance than a help. I would not recommend their services if you value your time and money.
