I do not recommend this landlord. Building on Greenwood Drive had multiple issues. Building isn't maintained and overall outdated despite rent increases at every opportunity. Multiple pest infestations, bedbugs, ants, cockroaches, hornets and earwigs. The landlord has not taken this issue seriously and as such it is a persistent problem. Electrical is overloaded and cannot run a tv and microwave at the same time without tripping the breaker. Some electrical outlets are plugged and others do not work. Windows are old and twisted and do not lock properly and can be opened from the outside. The building is not secure and mail is often stolen and intoxicated people wander through the building at night. Garbage bins are heavy and very difficult for elderly or small people to open. Water pressure and temperatures are inconsistent.

Tenants beware! Unreasonable Landlord! Charges $500 fee for transferring lease when you do the leg work to find someone suitable to it take over. They are all about the money!

This landlord is completely unreasonable. Fees for everything, including $500 when someone has no choice but to sublet, for personal reasons. Scandalous!!
