They are great and knowledgeable and completed my taxes in a timely manner. Not thrilled that when I was billed they put a due date on the bill of the same day and then charged a late fee when I couldn't pay that same day. Otherwise fantastic

A friend recommended Kelly A. Richard's services, but I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Ms. Richard was very condescending and rude whenever we spoke and she constantly tried to offer me unsolicited financial advice when I just wanted to tie up some loose ends quickly. When I told her to stop working on my file, she gave me a partial refund which was great, but also the only positive aspect of my entire experience with her.

Although you don't need to be friendly or courteous to be a good bookkeeper, you definitely need it for customer service and when dealing with clients. I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending her services to anyone.
