True disappointment. I hired the heating and plumbing shop for multiple things in the last few years. In 2022 (2 years ago), I hired them to do my plumbing for a new shower at my house. Well, it’s already leaking. I contacted them to see if they could come fix it. The manager made it clear that they would not be paying for the repairs. $600 in plumbing which lasted less than 2 years. They appear to be very proud of their worksmanship (sarcasm). Would not recommend, horrible customer service. Will never be using their services again.

Don't waste your time and money. Buy from a different company. I've been waiting on a heat pump repair for three months and have heard nothing. Try to call them, phone is constantly busy like it's 1993.

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. I got a quote from another company and called them to get a quote as well. I got a bigger unit and she saved me from going with a smaller unit with the other company and it was still 2000 less than my other quote! Thank you so much?

Went in for some advice regarding submersible well pumps one morning as i was in the middle of a DIY project of replacing my system. Ron took the time to give me some extensive advice on how to proceed with each step of my project. Turned out i needed to replace my pressure tank as well. Google is a good resource for info but for certain things such as submersible pump requirements for specific situations, i was still confused after 2 days of research. Ron was able to accurately guide me in the right path in no time. I ended up buying a quality pump, tank and switch from their store and i am glad i did. I now understand that cheap pumps are garbage no mater their advertised specs. You can get a 1hp pump from amazon for under 300$ but somehow get less than 4GPM at 200ft head depth where a quality 3/4 hp can give you 3x more flow.

Further more, Ron took the time to prepare my tank, Tee and pump while having pleasant friendly conversation.

The DIY install went very well and i returned the next day for some follow up advice regarding how to proceed with the settling/flushing of the sediment disturbed by the removal/replacement of the pump. I was greeted by Shelley and Ron who once more guided me in the right path.

My only regret is not having gone in earlier. Internet advice in these matters was far from enough to get the job done.

I will go in again regarding my plumbing needs.

PS: i purchased a mini split heat pump a few years ago from them for my garage and received stellar service/advice from the same pair (Ron/Shelley).

Needed emergency work done on a broken water line which was located under my dad's Mini home.Water was turned off by the Park owners that night . First thing in the morning the plumber was on his way. Pipes replaced , new shut off valve
Installed with water in the home in less than an hour. Plumber was friendly and polite. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our building of 50 feet X 50 feet was cool in less than 1 hour, we have peace in mind knowing our hybrid central heat pump will keep us warm or cool on demand.
