The BDN Mechanical team are a group of absolute experts when it comes to equipment repairs! I've been a customer for the past 3 years. If we encounter any compactor issue, our first thought is to go to BDN for help. Allan (service manager) is very responsive. He will pick up our calls and give his advice. You can tell he is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced with the way he is able to explain problems and offer solutions. What makes BDN unique is that they really take the time to 1) fix the damage 2) explain HOW the damage happened, and 3) provide recommendations on how to prevent the damage from happening again. I really appreciate how they take care of their customers and make the whole process easy and painless. Thank you Allan & BDN team, for always saving the day!
