Wish there was a lower score to give. The terrible service was only outdone by the completely unprofessional and un trustworthy actions of the owner. I'd rather push my car than rely on this company.

Have used this company before in the past and had to use again today ...Called a few towing companies all with over a 2 hour wait ...Sam was here within 30 mins if that , very professional and grateful the wait wasn't long ....

Can’t start my Toyota on Tuesday night around 6. Called them and the phone was picked up right away. After only 20 mins waiting, the driver arrived and towed my car to an auto shop. He also dropped us home as we live in tri-cities. No wonder they have 80+ reviews which are all 5 stars. I certainly hope I don’t need to tow my car again but for people who need help, they are the go to business

The best service, very professional, specific on Time, lots of updates, even quick respond, solving problems, I was very satisfied with their service, very fixed on their price. But service was more than my expectation. I have tried 3 to 4 of other companies but all of them miss something some of them will make you wait, or not professional, time consuming. I will look for more services!!!!
